The BladeRunner turbocharger is constructed of high quality A356 cast aluminum using a ported shroud compressor housing eliminating turbo bark and compressor surge. This turbocharger utilizes factory mounting points and retains the factory air control valve for a safe and hassle-free installation. The turbocharger is equipped with a 58mm inducer and a 76mm exducer for reduced turbo lag and maximum performance and power. The BladeRunner turbocharger comes standard with a heavy-duty billet aluminum wastegate actuator set at 40psi. New gaskets are supplied for a leak-free seal.

This all new aFe BladeRunner turbocharger supports up to 600HP while reducing Exhaust Gas Temperatures (E.G.T.).
Compressor: The ported shroud design of the A356 aluminum housing utilizes a 4.0" inlet and OE v-band outlet. The compressor wheel measures 84mm (64 trim). The CNC machined wastegate actuator is mounted to the integrated cast bracket.
Turbine: The internally wastegated, high silicon ductile iron housing has an A/R of 0.84. The high-flow turbine outlet helps to lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGT's). The larger than OE turbine wheel measures 74mm (75 trim). The wastegate comes preset to 40 psi.
Direct Replacement: The included ductile iron exhaust elbow allows this turbo to be installed on 1994-2002 model years. All connections to the vehicle are compatible with the OE geometry, resulting in a quick and reliable connection. Additional fueling is not required for improved performance over OE, but maximum gains are achieved from fuel system upgrades, either electronic or mechanical.

This BladeRunner turbocharger features a gold anodized billet compressor wheel that is lighter and stronger than the stock cast wheel to help provide quicker "spool up" and higher air flow than the stock turbo.
Compressor: The compressor features a light-weight billet compressor wheel with 60mm inducer and 80mm exducer (49 trim) to improve turbo spool-up and handle high wheel speeds and boost pressures. A CNC-machined, black anodized billet aluminum wastegate actuator comes preset but is adjustable and is capable of higher boost pressures with an appropriate tuner.
Turbine: This turbo feature an 0.84 A/R turbine housing with a turbine wheel that measures 76mm (78 trim). An optional high-flow turbine outlet also helps lower exhaust gas temperature.
Direct Replacement: This turbo can be installed on 1999.5-2003 model years as a direct, bolt-on replacement. All connections to the vehicle are compatible with the OE geometry, resulting in a quick and reliable connection. Additional fueling is not required for improved performance over OE, but maximum gains are achieved from fuel system upgrades, either electronic or mechanical.
Eliminates the factory EBPV which is known to hinder flow and performance. This high flow exhaust adapter reduces exhaust gas temperatures significantly. This adapter mounts to either the OE or aFe BladeRunner turbo without any modification.
Lowers EGT'S:Deleting the EBPV improves exhaust flow which reduces exhaust gas temperatures for better performance.

Introducing the all new aFe Power Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator for the Dodge Diesel Trucks 03-07 L6-5.9L(td). Constructed out of black anodized CNC T6061 billet aluminum for maximum strength and style, using a fully adjustable actuator arm with locking jam nut for precise boost pressure settings. This systems comes preset to 40 PSI.
